Bilona Process
THE BILONA WAY
Madhuram Ghee is prepared through a time-honoured process that begins with Gir cow milk, continues through natural curd setting and traditional churning, and finishes with slow simmering to create rich, aromatic ghee.
The quality of ghee depends not only on the ingredients, but also on the care taken at every stage.
The Bilona method follows a deliberate process of setting milk into curd, churning the curd to separate butter, and slowly heating the butter until it transforms into golden ghee. It is a slower approach, but one that stays true to the traditional way ghee has been prepared in Indian homes for generations.
