• Other locations in India: 4–8 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free-shipping offers may be available based on the order value or current promotion.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photographs of the package and product

• An unboxing video, where available
