At Vardan Agro, we take great care in preparing and packing Madhuram Ghee. As ghee is a consumable food product, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste, texture, aroma, or an incorrect order placed by the customer.
Returns and Replacements
A replacement or refund may be approved only when:
The product received is damaged, leaking, expired, or tampered with.
The wrong product or pack size was delivered.
The order is missing an item.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
An unboxing video, where available
Do not consume or discard the product until our team has reviewed the request.
Refunds
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping or COD charges may not be refundable unless the issue occurred from our side.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
