An order is confirmed only after successful payment or acceptance of a cash-on-delivery order.

Any amount collected for a cancelled prepaid order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Vardan Agro does not normally store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply if an order must be resent due to incorrect customer information or repeated failed delivery attempts.

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Because ghee is a consumable food product, returns are generally accepted only for eligible issues such as damage, leakage, expiry, tampering, missing items or incorrect products.
